25 Mile Championship Ride

Thanks to all that turned out for this event to marshal. Hope everyone enjoyed the evening. At a guess I would suggest that there where more marshals than competitors.

At the finish with four laps we had to be on our toes so special thanks to Clive on clocks, Norma in the office and Tracy at the start getting cold but very patiently waiting for the results.

Tracy would also like to thank person or person's short changing her at signing on. Watch out she is on the warpath.

South Elmsall's first rider of the season was Barry Dawson who made a 6hr journey from Scotland completed the event and was then returning in the evening. A 12 hr drive to ride 25 miles? Well done.

Next week we are two down on the start and finish teams, so if you could come along and give a hand it would be very much appreciated.
