Event 9 Pollington Handicap Series

Well, what a night. A warm start with sun shining and then the heavens opened up so a few riders got a little wet???. The rain stopped and all warmed up again. The Pollington vortex strikes again.

For all those who got round well done. The crew at the start did a great job thanks. Once again no one to assist.

Sadly Jimmy Harris had an accident and I understand is suffering a broken collar bone and is very sore. At the moment I am unsure as to what happened. Mum was dispatched with him to hospital with Clive and Paul getting bikes home.

From every one connected with FRC and the time trial we hope you make a quick recovery Jimmy.

I was very disappointed that the incident was not reported sooner. Whilst condition where bad no one informed me at the finish flag. Next time it could be you.
